3. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or broken product

  • You received a wrong item different from what you ordered

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • The product is missing items or components

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, certificates, pouches, boxes, and invoices

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, customization, and product sensitivity, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved products

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale offers

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Crystals showing natural variations in color, texture, or shape (these are inherent characteristics)


5. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, contact number, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • GeoJem is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


7. Inspection & Approval

After receiving the returned product:

  • Our quality team will inspect the item thoroughly

  • Inspection usually takes 3–5 business days

If the product fails quality checks, the return may be declined and shipped back to the customer.


8. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

13. Exchange Policy

At present, GeoJem does not offer direct exchanges. Customers are advised to place a new order after completing the return process (if applicable).
